I became aware of the locksmith service through an acquaintance and went there today on 8.6.2022. A very nice older gentleman with a lot of experience in this field of keys. He had a mailbox lock for me that is no longer sold or produced nowadays, and no hardware store has it. He only had that, and he also immediately knew which lock fits. He even made the keys extra. You can't find such professional quality anymore, not even in hardware stores. That's why I was very surprised and can only recommend him further, meaning if you want quality and professional quality, you must definitely go to him for top prices and top advice. We will now always buy from him, even for our company. I can only recommend him, Lennart Schleiffer.

Poor customer service! I had two front door keys made. Unfortunately, the wrong blank was used. I live 600 km away and was supposed to bring them back. Not possible at that distance. Photos showing the size difference were not accepted, even though they were requested as a basis for the complaint. Therefore, no refund will be issued. What a pity!

As long as there are no problems, it's okay. But today I had to come back with a key that didn't fit. Unfortunately, I received an unfriendly reaction, it was due to everything possible, just not him. A complaint would also not be possible. No - then I prefer to go back to BAUHAUS, where the key costs only 5 instead of 10 €, the service is friendly, and a complaint is no problem!

Fraud shop. I urgently needed to have a key made, the model had to be ordered and I had to pay for it in advance. 3 weeks later it had not arrived, I had to send back the original and the employee did not want to refund me and said the ordered key would arrive "sometime". I have neither received my key nor my money back.
