I am super disappointed. The dress is way too short. I brought a very expensive dress to be shortened. Upon pickup, it was longer in the back and right than in the front and left. Also, the ordered hook on the closure was missing. A correction was promised. We went back, the dress is shorter in the back than the rest and there is a big stain on it. Of course, the stain was denied, even though I brought a brand new dress with a tag. What a shame, now the dress is already much too short without shoes. We had calculated 5 cm for the heel. 300 euros thrown away. Thanks for nothing. Still paid full price and received a ridiculous voucher of 8 euros.
