It's absolutely ridiculous that the operator gives themselves a positive review! Unfortunately, I locked myself out while taking out the trash on that day (around 8:00 PM). I then called this locksmith. After all, they advertise with 24-hour service emergency - "we will be at your location in 20-30 minutes". I was told that someone would be sent right away. AFTER AN HOUR, I only reached the operator via WhatsApp. The status there was that he couldn't reach anyone who could come. I would have at least expected a call after 10 minutes at the latest to inform me that no one could be reached, instead of making me wait an hour in the cold and I had to run after them! Fortunately, friends agreed to drive from Hamburg to me and take care of it themselves, for a beer! Conclusion: Not recommended!!!
