I came into the store for a shoe and was actually in good spirits. After the nice man competently presented his solutions, I had a few questions. I was made to feel that it was clear that it was this way and that, and my questions were not justified. I believe he does good work, but apparently one is not allowed to ask questions. He dismissed me with an annoyed "think about it" followed by an ironic "have a nice day". Maybe it depends on the day, but I will not enter the store again. Another shoe service nearby made it much simpler, and I had my shoe repaired directly there.
