I became aware of the locksmith service through an acquaintance and went there today on 8.6.2022. A very nice older gentleman with a lot of experience in this field of keys. He had a mailbox lock for me that is no longer sold or produced nowadays, and no hardware store has it. He only had that, and he also immediately knew which lock fits. He even made the keys extra. You can't find such professional quality anymore, not even in hardware stores. That's why I was very surprised and can only recommend him further, meaning if you want quality and professional quality, you must definitely go to him for top prices and top advice. We will now always buy from him, even for our company. I can only recommend him, Lennart Schleiffer.

I used Mr. Neumann's locksmith service this evening. He was on site within 20 minutes and transparently stated the costs over the phone beforehand. Very nice demeanor with many ideas. Highly recommended.

I needed help today on Friday around 7 PM because my profile cylinder of my door was no longer working... when we contacted the company Neumann, it was immediately said that help is only available for cash upon opening the door, the costs should be around €250 - 300.... The good man arrived on time... I would confirm arrival and departure with 20 minutes each... work took about 15 minutes. The lock was drilled out... good and well, a complete hour... the new cylinder was at my home.... therefore the good man had no material costs... in the end, arrival and departure cost me 200 euros including work.... he knew what he was doing but for a few minutes of work in the evening... and writing the invoice takes longer than the work, I find that very overpriced... I wish the man all the best, I am grateful to him but he is taking advantage of you....

I used the locksmith service today. I was informed about the costs over the phone and Mr. Neumann was on site within half an hour. The door was open in no time. I paid 90 euros for that. Friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. Absolute recommendation.

Nice, competent, and fast: Company Neumann was engaged to install a lock in an attic door. A brief discussion regarding the wishes and details, then it went straight to work.
