Our front door could no longer be locked, and we were glad to have found this company after a long search, which also squeezed us in. Now the bill came! A whopping 90.44€. For spraying two security hinges. The mechanic mentioned after unsuccessful attempts that he would have to replace the entire lock. After a long back and forth, he then came up with the idea to spray the two locks, and it worked smoothly again. For a company that works with security technology, unbelievable. It feels like stalling to justify the price. The only advantage for us is that I know where the oil needs to go next time.

The lock of my apartment door had broken. We were trapped in our own apartment in the morning. :) The technician from A&K came quickly, freed us expertly without destroying anything, and repaired the lock, or rather renewed a part. Since nothing expensive was defective with the lock, the costs were significantly under one hundred euros for such a quick emergency service, very civil and reasonable. A very recommendable and reputable locksmith service.
