Outrageous and unfriendly! When I stood in front of a closed store, I called the number pinned there. Mr. Bel answered and made it clear to me that despite opening hours, it would only be open by appointment. That doesn't help me at all when I'm already in front of the store. He asked what I needed, and when I told him, it apparently wasn't worth his effort, and he wanted to send me to his store in Rösrath. When I declined this and wanted to provide a reason, Mr. Bel hung up. Nice way to end the conversation. When I called him again afterwards to point out this rude manner, he only replied, "What do you want from me?" and hung up again. It seems they don't want paying customers. Better to visit another store! No matter where, you will be served better everywhere than here.

In short, I was supposed to pay €285 for a service not rendered. Just stay away! Totally unprofessional!!

I cannot assess the competence of the professionals, as I was treated incredibly unfriendly when I inquired about the price over the phone. My question about how much it would cost to install a door lock was only answered with a derogatory and sarcastic counter-question. I preferred to forgo this service and found help elsewhere. Customer service seems to be a foreign word here.

VERY UNFRIENDLY!!! I was called a "crazy person" because I called at 9:30 PM and needed help. According to their statements, it was too late, even though they should be open around the clock. There was a small discussion because I couldn't understand this and in the end, I was insulted as a "filthy Turk". NOT recommended at all.
