I cannot assess the competence of the professionals, as I was treated incredibly unfriendly when I inquired about the price over the phone. My question about how much it would cost to install a door lock was only answered with a derogatory and sarcastic counter-question. I preferred to forgo this service and found help elsewhere. Customer service seems to be a foreign word here.

Unfortunately very unfriendly on the phone and 4 times as expensive as another locksmith (same day, same time). Therefore not recommended.

Everything is very slow, just village life. Instead of using the address label that was included by the store, one return was unfortunately incorrectly labeled and so the package came back to me, which made the return and refund impossible, which is very annoying, as it is not a small amount of money.

The locksmith service was very accessible - I was called back immediately. The very nice gentleman arrived within 15 minutes, and the door was opened in a few seconds. At an unbeatable price, especially for a Sunday. You never want to have to call a locksmith, but if you do, then only here.
