The telephone contact was, let's say, somewhat unfriendly. However, my concern could be resolved quickly and satisfactorily on-site. The price was quite fair. They say that genius masters chaos, but a little more order in the shop would definitely make a better impression.

Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by the advisor in the store (about mid-30s). I walk into the store and am immediately greeted with 'Hello foreigner'! Rude and disrespectful! Did not receive good advice and showed no interest. After I gave him counterarguments, he suddenly became very friendly, but that doesn't help me anymore. One thing is for sure, I will not set foot in there again. I would prefer to give 0 stars, but that is not possible.

Replacement key no problem! We first inquired at the brand workshop. The employee searched - vehicle registration and title were available - for about 30 minutes in the computer before he quoted us an outrageous price and a lengthy delivery time. At Wiegard, we had the replacement key in 15 minutes at an acceptable price. Top!
