My remote key for my Mercedes was no longer working reliably. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. After several phone calls with auto repair shops, one gave me the tip to contact Sicherheitstechnik Lanwehr. Called on Friday at 4:30 PM. Mr. Lanwehr was at my car by 5:00 PM. The new remote key was programmed by 5:30 PM. All of this for not even half the price that others charged. It doesn't get faster or fairer than this. Thank you, Jörg Lanwehr.

Addendum! Unfortunately, I have to correct my review due to two experiences. One of them was when the key got stuck in the mailbox. The gentleman arrived late, kept us waiting quite a while, despite the appointment. In 2 minutes, the lock was free again. For that, he immediately demanded and in cash 30 EUR. He received it. When we wanted the receipt, he said he didn't have the block with him, we should pick it up directly in the store. However, he did not return the money. Called the store. There, they said they do not issue receipts retroactively, the gentleman should have done that on site. Well. So we cannot present anything to the insurance and the company to the tax office. -------------------------- Great! Price is fair and customer service is courteous. He not only helped me with the key but also with the neighbors and the landlord. Thumbs up!
