In September 2019 (on a Sunday) I sent an email with a request for 2 locking cylinders from the company DOM. The following Thursday, I called to inquire about the status. "The email is printed out on my desk. I will take care of it before the weekend," I was told on the phone. Well, I wasn't told which weekend. Because now we have July 2020. The weekend that was meant has probably not yet arrived. I, of course, spent my money at another company. Thank you.
