Due to incorrect advice, overpriced prices, poor quality of the lock, and no return policy/14-day lenient return policy for the purchased locks on the same day, I have to give this company zero stars. I originally wanted to buy two anti-picking cylinders. The seller informed me that this does not exist and advised me that I would have to replace the entire cover of the lock for about €99 plus cylinder. That was too much money for me, so I bought 2 security locks instead, paid by direct debit. On the internet, you can get the same brand from Wilka for half the price. The lock is also not suitable for my door and is defective. When I drove to the store on the same day, that is, after 2 hours, the return was not accepted, and the locks were not taken back. The seller argued that he does not know how to confirm this, and I also do not receive any written confirmation of the seller's name. To this day, I have not received a callback from the managing director. In my opinion, this is not a professional company.
