I can completely understand some of the bad reviews. I needed a new set of keys and locking systems. Therefore, I was there 3 times. Every time very friendly, very competent. Highly recommended

Super nice staff, totally patient and understanding for every everyday chaotic person! When I wanted to print and bind my seminar paper this week, I was there a total of 3 times within 1 hour, each time for the same service (chaotic indeed). The guys there took care of everything super friendly each time and printed and bound the work of nearly 40 pages perfectly every time. The price is also absolutely justified and I will not visit any other store for my entire studies. And for the next key, I already have an address :)

12€ for 64 printed pages I find outrageous. The justification was that there were also colorful pages in between. However, red was printed as light blue on these "colorful pages". When you demand so much money for such a small quantity and quality, it is simply pathetic. I definitely cannot recommend this store.

Very positive experience with the defective door lock of the apartment door. Sent an email with photos and sketches with dimensions. Called at 8 a.m. and scheduled an appointment for 11 a.m. At 11:10 a.m. the very nice technician arrived, removed the defective lock which was suspiciously rattling. He installed the new lock, checked the function from both sides, and added some sewing machine oil. There were good explanations as well. About 20 minutes later he was gone again. Conclusion: Punctual appearance. Professional work. Price from the phone was exactly adhered to. Even parked properly and did not block the sidewalk. That results in 100 points and a 👍
