Incompetent, unfriendly, and cheeky. I just had a small sign engraved for a mailbox. It should have taken a maximum of a week. After the call, I went to pick it up - they couldn't find it and a friendly employee offered to bring it to me. Completely okay, that can happen. After that, I was called again, I was back, but the store was doing inventory (which I was not informed about) and I said I would like it brought to me. The boss only responded cheekily: "Then I'll just throw it away!" and closed the door. That's outrageous!

I was very satisfied with the service. My special key was examined and measured very precisely. The copy was perfect and also unbeatable in price. Every other locksmith wanted 2-3 times more for less/no consultation. Top.

Unfriendly, rude, incompetent, and disrespectful to the extreme!!!!!! Not customer-oriented at all. My apartment key was there for 3 months because it was stuck in the lock, and it was the same 🔑 that Schlüssel Eich made and was difficult to insert from the beginning. The employees simply did nothing, no one knew if anything was done to the 🔑 after I called a few times to ask why it was taking so long and when I would get my key back??? After that, I just went there in person and demanded my 🔑. Outrageous!!!! Never, ever, ever again!!!!!!!!!! Not even 0 stars does Schlüssel Eich deserve!!!!!!!!!!
