Out of necessity, because our locking cylinder was sealed with super glue, we approached Mr. Pauls while he was working on another job in a residential complex. He spontaneously agreed to help us, and he quickly, competently, and personally engaged to fix the damage. We were very surprised that there are still people like this. Thank you very much for your very personal commitment. And when it came to payment, simply great, for the effort, the time spent very reasonably priced, and we felt that Mr. Pauls sees his profession as a calling and not as a quick source of income, a role model for his profession.
