Hardly describable with words. The owner has been denying himself on the phone for a year. Vacation, training, seminar, field service appointment, etc. I actually wanted to place an order of about 20,000 to 30,000 euros, but that seemed too little for the company. If you don't even have the courage to cancel an order, although you wanted to award it exclusively, and you wait seven months for an offer that never comes, you also miss the chance to hire another company. And I hold that against this company. That's very bad style. Never again Sendner... No matter how big the order may be.
