I had three locking cylinders made new, had to wait 20 minutes but could then take them with me and install them at home. The price was reasonable. With the new lady in the sales area, I placed an order for oil mats on Tuesday and received them today.

So unfriendly, my husband has been there twice, the key was defective, when I called, he had no understanding, said he had delivered performance - please where? And was rude to me on the phone. I wanted to clarify it kindly, but it didn't work, I would not recommend it anymore.

Once again, a very nice and especially competent service. Ordered several locking cylinders and a padlock, all of which should fit a pre-existing key. All received quickly, actually matching at a fair price. Here’s an idea for someone who goes three times and finds themselves in front of locked doors: Maybe just call ahead! Perhaps not entirely optimal, but certainly understandable that the employees of a small business, which also offers 24!!! hour emergency service, sometimes have to rush to help someone during official opening hours. The service is definitely top-notch.
