The company Echt-Sicher renewed our locking system. The order was handled absolutely perfectly, the installation was very well prepared and was carried out in just one day. All our small (and large) change requests were taken into account and implemented professionally. The planning was elaborate but error-free and implemented exactly according to our wishes. Our own planning mistakes were recognized and corrected, and sensible suggestions for reserves were made. Just as one hopes from a specialist company. And as if that weren't enough, Echt-Sicher was also the cheapest provider among 3 competitors. However, the order was not awarded based on price, but based on the overall impression we had of the company at the time of the offer.

Quite okay, but there was not even a receipt and the key was already broken within 1 day. And in response, we were not asked if we wanted a receipt. And quality is different, otherwise the key wouldn't break so quickly.

First of all, a locksmith service is never cheap... Especially not on the weekend. Nevertheless, it was reasonable compared to other locksmith services. The gentleman was there within 15 minutes, as stated, and everything went quickly. Very friendly and open manner. If this happens to me again (which I hope it doesn't), I have this locksmith service in mind.
