I was very suspicious of locksmiths in general. You often hear in the media about scams. But I was enlightened by Mr. Best and his nice colleague. I had already fiddled with the lock myself and broke 2 drill bits that were still stuck in the cylinder. The price mentioned on the phone was kept, despite Saturday evening until shortly before midnight and a duration of over 90 minutes. I am super satisfied and happy that it ultimately worked out.

I locked myself out on a Thursday. I called Mr. Heimberger around noon. He was there 15 minutes later and 20 minutes later the door was open. Nice friendly and competent service from my point of view. The price-performance ratio is also impressive. I had expected higher costs. So ultimately, everything is great!

I locked myself out on a Saturday afternoon and contacted Mr. Heimberger. I had to wait about 60 minutes (which was absolutely fine for me) and my door was opened in less than 10 seconds without a single scratch. I am very satisfied and it opened my eyes. I will always lock up when I leave the house in the future and not just let it fall shut. The price of €85 was also absolutely fine. I can only recommend him further. A very pleasant person who understands his craft and does not exploit the situation with exorbitant prices.
