Correction to the post Rese Lase First of all, you did not speak with Mr. Sailer but with Mr. Hirschmann. And we are NOT a lockout service, although we can do that. And I have no problem providing my good name here. You entered our retail store for security technology on a Friday at 9:55 with the intention that I must open your door immediately; you had a court appointment. Since we were already fully booked for that day and I was alone in the store, I asked three colleagues for help by phone in your presence and your unbroken complaint about your situation. They were also already fully booked. My suggestion to resort to one of the countless emergency services was out of the question for you as it was deemed unreasonably expensive. Offering to pay for the service is pointless, as it is self-evident, and I fundamentally reject the offer "without an invoice." I understandably could not comply with your urgent request to lock the store and frustrate long-scheduled customers with a locked door at the agreed time. Your previously damaged door was well in mind, and the statement about opening it in seconds never took place, however, the remark about my impermissible absence during store opening hours did. The seconds were your imagination. Now you tried to exert pressure by referring to an arbitrary duty to assist. When this also did not lead to success, you initially became generally insulting, then personally, culminating in "arrogant Bavarian a---hole." Thereupon, I exercised our house rights and issued you, by the way, not for the first time, a ban from the premises. So much for the actual facts. Your post is a prime example of how frustrated individuals, who failed to assert their selfishness, attempt to damage reputations through individually distorted descriptions of a situation (newly coined Alternative Facts). This is called Wadlbeisser in the Bavaria you disparaged. The reasonable review reader will make their own conclusions. This planet does not conform to our well-known red-white-red neighbor. My first review ever, but after a long back and forth, one simply has to warn people about this man, so I have to do this now. Like my predecessor, I can only confirm this: I locked myself out one evening as a direct neighbor and begged Mr. Sailer, a locksmith 15 meters from my apartment, to please help me - of course for the normal price and effort. His reaction was only that he could not and would not help me - but he could open the door within seconds in principle. He left me alone with my fate even though it would have been his duty, and I was stranded. I have, as mentioned before, only to tell people: stay away from this store, from this unfriendly ignorant man! Best regards
