Friendly, but due to bottlenecks it took quite a long time. However, to simply charge 60€ for 10 minutes of work (the apartment door was just closed) including travel, was a bit cheeky.

Top locksmith service. I arrived some time ago with a broken bicycle key, which was then ground down within a few minutes. For 4 €, a really fair price. I cannot agree with my predecessor; both in the shop and on-site in the hallway, the staff were friendly and professional. Opening the door is not a scam, as Mr. Lindner claims. My neighbors were standing in front of a closed apartment door, and I recommended this locksmith service. He was there within 5-10 minutes. Cost approximately 50 €.

Our front door could no longer be locked. Our landlord sent an order to Mr. Behling and within a week we had an appointment. The replacement of the door lock/cylinder was done professionally and quickly. We are very satisfied and clearly give our recommendation.
