I am unfortunately absolutely disappointed! The service was very friendly, but the processing of my shoes was miserable. The leather patches are completely off in color (I was shown shoes in the shop beforehand that were repaired with color-matching leather patches). Aside from the fact that some areas were not glued properly at all (see photos), it is a mystery to me why the intact and beautiful gray leather edge had to be covered. The glue was applied very messily, leaving unnecessary glue marks on the gray leather edge (see photos). And for that then 15€... What a shame!!!

The key from my 25-year-old caravan broke off. The manufacturer and several service representatives could not or did not want to help me despite the chassis number. I then found this locksmith online. Because of the additional locksmith in the Google ad, I called them and was told to come by. I went there with my disassembled lock and my two key halves. He looked at the key and just said, "pretty bent" but I will try it. After 10 minutes of straightening, bending, and grinding, he had a finished key in his hand, looked at me, and asked, "What are the chances that this will fit now?" I shrugged my shoulders in response. He inserted it into the lock, and it fit perfectly. I was totally thrilled and thanked him. He replied that he had been doing this for over 30 years. For me, the right contact point even for not-so-simple key problems. Very nice and competent service.
