It was my first time there, super friendly, competent, and already finished the next day. Price-performance ratio is right.

I wanted to have a key duplicated. Google says open. Upon arrival, a huge sign, no entry without a mask. So back to the car to get a mask. Back again, a sign saying Open. Another sign Please ring the bell. I rang the bell several times, no reaction. Nothing happened. Apparently, they don't need any money. 1

Catastrophe!!! As a customer, one is treated extremely poorly, even scolded. If one cannot make sense of the term "raw key", one is made to feel stupid. Friendly interaction with the customer seems to be unknown here. Both from the "gentleman" and the "lady" behind the counter. The reviews speak for themselves!!!!!!! What a shame!!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a mask with me and was very unfriendly told after ringing the bell that I wouldn't be served without one. I fundamentally accept that, but one could also offer a mask to the customer for 50 cents. Apparently, friendliness towards customers is not necessary!

Here I was supposed to drop off the key, come back later, and then the key might be ready, if at all. In the hardware store, it takes 5 minutes. The lady behind the counter is not exuding customer friendliness. Instead of grumbling at the next customer waiting outside, maybe it would be better to just focus on getting older and stop working.

I wanted to have a key duplicated. Google says open. So of course, I wanted to support the small businesses first. Upon arrival, a huge sign, no entry without a mask. So back to the car to get a mask. Back again, a sign saying Open. Another sign, Wednesday by appointment only. Please ring the bell. I rang the bell. Nothing happened. Well, then I might as well go to the hardware store. I could have saved myself that.
