We are more than thrilled. So if I ever have to recommend a locksmith in Düren, then definitely this one. I described my problem via WhatsApp. And within 2 minutes we had a response. Unfortunately, my son had locked himself out and also had no cash left and, as it is, could not pay the locksmith, we live 2 hours away. So my question was relatively simple. Whether it would be possible for me to transfer the money directly after the opening. And it was no problem. Within 5 minutes, the nice gentleman was there, opened the door, sent us the invoice via email, and we transferred the money directly. Everything was totally hassle-free. I can only highly praise this company. However, I also say, people, do not take advantage of this. There are very few, if any, locksmiths left who work on account. If you take something, you also pay for it. Many thanks again to Mr. Schulz for the quick help. Best regards

I wanted to have a key duplicated. Google says open. Upon arrival, a huge sign, no entry without a mask. So back to the car to get a mask. Back again, a sign saying Open. Another sign Please ring the bell. I rang the bell several times, no reaction. Nothing happened. Apparently, they don't need any money. 1

Here I was supposed to drop off the key, come back later, and then the key might be ready, if at all. In the hardware store, it takes 5 minutes. The lady behind the counter is not exuding customer friendliness. Instead of grumbling at the next customer waiting outside, maybe it would be better to just focus on getting older and stop working.

The company is a German master business and run in the old school way and with the increasingly rare German virtues. Our door lock was broken and had to be broken out of the door with special tools. Mr. Außem gave tips over the phone on how it might be done without a locksmith. Since it didn't work, he needed a few details over the phone and immediately quoted a fair price. Already SUPER! He then also came quite quickly and completed everything without damage and replaced. Originally mentioned small parts in the cost estimate were then not needed and also NOT charged! Actually almost a sensation - this customer-friendly honesty! Absolute top recommendation and full marks from me... and I usually don't write reviews, but everyone knows the 'locksmith reports' and I find it only fair to support such a company here and help other unfortunate souls find a trustworthy service.

Mr. Außen was commissioned through my insurance to open the front door. I must say, I was positively surprised at how quickly he was with us and very happy when he opened our door without damage in just a few seconds.
