A problem with the apartment door was quickly and easily resolved on a Sunday afternoon within an hour (!). The repair was initially done provisionally and functionally very well due to a specially required spare part. A few days later: after the spare part arrived, I was contacted directly and a very suitable appointment was made, the final installation went quickly and now the locking system works great again.
