The company is a German master business and run in the old school way and with the increasingly rare German virtues. Our door lock was broken and had to be broken out of the door with special tools. Mr. Außem gave tips over the phone on how it might be done without a locksmith. Since it didn't work, he needed a few details over the phone and immediately quoted a fair price. Already SUPER! He then also came quite quickly and completed everything without damage and replaced. Originally mentioned small parts in the cost estimate were then not needed and also NOT charged! Actually almost a sensation - this customer-friendly honesty! Absolute top recommendation and full marks from me... and I usually don't write reviews, but everyone knows the 'locksmith reports' and I find it only fair to support such a company here and help other unfortunate souls find a trustworthy service.
