Price on the internet for a simple wooden stamp, single line with a phone number, was stated as 4.30 euros. I went to the branch and ordered it. They asked how big the stamp should be. I said: the simple one for 4.30 euros. The order was accepted. Today I pick it up and now it costs 7.50 euros. When I inquired, a female voice shouted across the store that this is only the internet price. I wonder how the price can be so much cheaper when the company also has to pay for shipping. Then something was shouted from the back again. It all seemed anything but customer-friendly. I will never enter this store again!!!!

The apartment door has fallen shut. Called around 4:30 PM, the order was taken kindly and helpfully, within a few minutes an extremely friendly employee was on site, solved my problem quickly. I googled afterwards what such a door opening should cost and even gave myself a suitable follow-up warning about scams... was very satisfied, will be directly recommended to friends nearby.

Very nice and sociable owner. My problem was solved within 20 minutes (replacement key for Fiat 500). The offer, the price, and the speed are top-notch, not to mention the savings compared to the car dealer (about €150 for me).
