I don't want to rate the store itself, however, the willingness to help at the parcel acceptance point is zero! Rudely dismissed on the phone with "I have customers standing here, I will not help you." Thanks for the statement... I probably won't shop with you anymore. Addendum: Thanks for the response. However, the problem was not with the delivery service, but with the friendliness of your staff. Since it was a general problem, there was no need to provide a data-related response. In hindsight, I have become wiser. The staff could have simply said that a pickup is possible even without delivery papers and didn't have to be rude to me. Then the trouble would have been avoided. For the nice response here, I will still give one more star.

On a Tuesday evening at 11:30 PM, we got locked out. We called and Mr. Schopf was there in 15 minutes. He put in a lot of effort and tried to do everything with as little effort as possible. Ultimately, the lock still had to be drilled out, but it was replaced immediately. We are super satisfied. Very friendly, quick, and great price. Highly recommend!

Super service and super value for money. Arrived as stated on the phone after 15 minutes and in no time the apartment door, which had closed due to the wind, was open again. No hidden costs, as it was stated on the phone beforehand how much it would cost. I can only recommend it 👍

More than recommendable, living about 40 kilometers away, still very quickly there and the door was open within 10 minutes, price-wise super, cheap and fast. Definitely recommendable. :))
