I don't want to rate the store itself, however, the willingness to help at the parcel acceptance point is zero! Rudely dismissed on the phone with "I have customers standing here, I will not help you." Thanks for the statement... I probably won't shop with you anymore. Addendum: Thanks for the response. However, the problem was not with the delivery service, but with the friendliness of your staff. Since it was a general problem, there was no need to provide a data-related response. In hindsight, I have become wiser. The staff could have simply said that a pickup is possible even without delivery papers and didn't have to be rude to me. Then the trouble would have been avoided. For the nice response here, I will still give one more star.

The 15-year-old dishwasher didn't want to work properly anymore. I was about to buy a new one. After a brief description of the error and a conversation in the store, I drove home without buying anything. I then dealt intensively with the error and in the end, only a hose in the dishwasher was clogged. This meant that not enough water was getting into the dishwasher and the errors took their course. Thank you for the advice! Should the machine eventually fail completely, I will come back.
