I have rarely experienced such incompetent and partly cheeky staff. After a previous phone inquiry where I was assured that what I needed would be in stock, I drove 40km, only for 2 of the employees to tell me they didn't have the goods. During another purchase, I was pointed out by the local staff that I couldn't afford the products I was looking for anyway (I was in work clothes from a well-known delivery service). Absolutely incomprehensible and unacceptable.
