The OBI Sondershausen is well sorted and equipped for my needs. I can't say much about the employees, as I usually read up and inform myself online beforehand. However, I have always been helped with questions until today. Sometimes long waiting times at the cash registers are annoying, although the cashiers are not always to blame. Many customers are simply care cases. The goods issue at the back is always staffed and it always goes quickly. I really like that. The number of parking spaces is usually sufficient. For a few weeks now, I have been using online ordering for pickup in the store, and I must say that works really well. Clearly thumbs up. All in all, a great hardware store.

Metal brackets for our display booths, smaller metal work, and key manufacturing are either done immediately or we pick them up the next day. Since her husband passed away last year, she has been a wonderful boss from the neighborhood on Talstraße. A courteous and competent woman. Absolutely not recommended! This company wants money for no services rendered! Typical locksmith service as often shown in the media! High bills are sent here for which no services were provided! Just because you accidentally give your signature! Not recommended!!!!
