It was really great there. There is nice sales staff who are friendly, unobtrusive, and helpful to customers with a smile. The market looks tidy and the selection is top-notch. Go to the garden center. There are monkeys sitting among the plants. One might think they are alive 😀. Great decoration idea.

The OBI Sondershausen is well sorted and equipped for my needs. I can't say much about the employees, as I usually read up and inform myself online beforehand. However, I have always been helped with questions until today. Sometimes long waiting times at the cash registers are annoying, although the cashiers are not always to blame. Many customers are simply care cases. The goods issue at the back is always staffed and it always goes quickly. I really like that. The number of parking spaces is usually sufficient. For a few weeks now, I have been using online ordering for pickup in the store, and I must say that works really well. Clearly thumbs up. All in all, a great hardware store.

Salespeople are hardly to be found here. You find yourself all alone in the sales area, and thus help or support during the sale is also absent.
