Well, I was there recently, but there was really no interest in my problem with the electric bicycle, they were completely booked, no spare parts available, nothing and no chance, I remember 1987, former GDR, probably only service for purchased mopeds or e-bikes etc., more like paying, everything is not zero zero null.

We were at the rice burning and the spark plug from the generator broke. New device, ran for just 1 hour. Cheap spark plug supplied by the manufacturer... After a long search, Zweirad Kupsch was the only dealer that had the right spark plug in stock. Thus, our weekend and three coolers + phones and 13 people were supplied again! Thank you very much!
