Overall a great store. Only the staff should be replaced with people who enjoy their job and have enthusiasm. And above all, possess friendliness. Especially the tiles or sanitary department. The older lady has a cheeky and impossible tone. Terrible. That's how I should talk to customers at work. Then I can directly go to the office and register as unemployed.

Unfriendly staff, we bought a flower, but the price was missing, 3 employees were talking at the checkout and were unable to check the price in the garden center. We had to go ourselves!!!! 3 flower pots were on the bill and 2 were only bought, with one already being defective. We will never shop there again... outrageous there.

Wanted spare parts for a front door fitting, or to buy a new fitting. Other than the statement 'There are no spare parts for that' and my request for help, I was outright dismissed.

Highly recommended. Received a quick and uncomplicated change of the lock. Despite my delay for the appointment, the gentleman was very friendly and kindly applied the fairer rate. To obtain my preferred lock, the gentleman drove back to the company to get the suitable locks. Pricing was also very fair. Would gladly do it again!
