Unfortunately, I cannot report on the performance, as when I wanted to inquire about the costs by phone, I was simply hung up on. Very rude, I must say. So, advice and service are probably not highly valued or considered important by the boss.

I primarily use the shop as a Hermes parcel shop and have had no reason to complain so far. The owner is always in a good mood and friendly. Another retail store that keeps the neighborhood lively and should be preserved for that reason alone.
