Well, I have to say the reviews do not do the company justice. Regarding keys and locking cylinders, I was competently advised. It was exchanged professionally. I knew in advance what it would cost. Also for further consultations. The employee looked at the circumstances and could directly tell me what is possible or not and what it costs. Likewise, the prices for door openings are absolutely reasonable. I was also very satisfied in the store. They did not try to push anything overpriced on me; you get exactly what you order. There were also no problems with the Hermes parcel service. On the contrary, I was even told how I don't have to run after my package forever but can have it brought to the store right after the first time if the courier does not meet me. Since then, I have never had problems with Hermes again. So those who have the courage to engage with the employees will realize that the current 3.7* in no way do justice to the work of these men and I hope many other top reviews will follow.

I have been working with the locksmith service Fenner for over 10 years and there have never been any problems. If it takes a little longer for whatever reason, it is announced and discussed in advance! Absolutely competent and recommendable! Keep it up!

Well, I honestly cannot understand the negative review at all... I have been coming here for years and the times have always been kept for me... I don't really believe the engraving error from Mr. 420 Grow (which, by the way, is a very serious name ^^) either, as I have received a top engraving here several times, which was also shown to me before the payment process and surely to you Mr. 420 Grow...? I believe this is a revenge review from a conflict of interest =D So don't take it too seriously... My acquaintances and relatives have always been very satisfied with all the services and products offered here for years and we have used them multiple times. Locks, keys, knives, engravings, security equipment of all kinds, even a Hermes parcel shop is operated here...! Good location, right at the pedestrian zone... Serious question...: What more could one want?
