Unfortunately, I cannot report on the performance, as when I wanted to inquire about the costs by phone, I was simply hung up on. Very rude, I must say. So, advice and service are probably not highly valued or considered important by the boss.

Extremely unpleasant person who is often very 'confused' and terrorizes the neighborhood with his ranting in an extremely antisocial and sexist manner!!! Really bottom of the barrel!!! The place resembles more of a pub than a professional business.

When the few, especially Uwe, are no longer around, people who have never been there will say again: oh, what a pity that it no longer exists.

I haven't seen him wearing a mask in his shop even once since the beginning of the pandemic. Seems not to bother his customers either. Additionally, he constantly yells outside the door. Luckily, I only have to go there when I accidentally receive something from dpd. Unpleasant.

Strangely enough, my packages from DPD are never to be found here, even though I am assured from their side that it is there. The way the packages are 'secured' there, nothing surprises me at all. The owner doesn't even make the effort to check.
