No idea where all the positive reviews come from. One of the rudest and most primitive people I have ever encountered in a store. How he is allowed to own a shop is a mystery to me. No hello when entering the store, impatience times three even though no one else was in the store. No nice advice and the price was a joke. When I then politely declined, an aggressive reaction was displayed. No thanks, this store owner could gladly disappear with Corona. Please get a new owner who knows what customer service is. I will never enter this store again and will share my dreadful experience. If possible, I would give this store -0 stars.

Absolute recommendation! The key from the battery of our e-bike broke off while on vacation. The spare key is at home 800km away. After several locksmiths said directly on the phone that they couldn't do it, this nice gentleman said he would have to take a look. We went there. He took a look, and within 6 minutes we held the matching new key in our hands. Wonderful! Our vacation was saved. Thank you!
