No idea where all the positive reviews come from. One of the rudest and most primitive people I have ever encountered in a store. How he is allowed to own a shop is a mystery to me. No hello when entering the store, impatience times three even though no one else was in the store. No nice advice and the price was a joke. When I then politely declined, an aggressive reaction was displayed. No thanks, this store owner could gladly disappear with Corona. Please get a new owner who knows what customer service is. I will never enter this store again and will share my dreadful experience. If possible, I would give this store -0 stars.

The company Danner Ofenbau is a small, loving family business. My oven in the living room was unfortunately damaged by us during the complete renovation of the apartment, so we bought a new oven. Although the order for the company Danner was only placed at the end of November, I received the new oven delivered and connected a week before Christmas. The operation of the oven was explained in an easily understandable and detailed manner. Also, small cosmetic work on existing exhaust pipes was done quickly and easily, resulting in a harmonious overall picture. Communication regarding prices, delivery time, and invoicing was always timely and competent. A truly small, fine, regional company.
