Unfortunately, today it happened, I was not paying attention for a moment and the front door was closed. After I had already encountered a fraudulent company before, I hoped to finally have found a reputable provider with this company. After a call, the owner was relatively quick on site and was able to open the door within 10 minutes. However, the trouble begins now: I politely asked him to issue me an invoice, noting that I would pay it immediately upon receipt via bank transfer. This was immediately harshly rejected, with the statement that payment can only be made in cash or by card. However, I firmly rejected this and requested an invoice again. Thereupon, I was pulled out of the door by the owner, who wanted to close it again. I stood in the doorway and wanted to prevent this, which led to a physical altercation, where I also sustained a scrape on my arm. To clarify the situation and since I absolutely did not want to stand outside any longer, I paid in cash under the greatest protest. A payment by bank transfer is legally entitled to me and cannot be excluded in the terms and conditions! I can only advise against this business and absolutely wish no one similar experiences. Hopefully, I can protect you from this business and I will clarify the rest in court. All of this happened in the presence of a witness. Comment on the owner's response: I am one of the honest people in this world and have never in my life even thought about not paying an invoice from a craftsman. I would have done so in your case as well. I am self-employed and know how annoying unpaid invoices are, but I must also adhere to applicable law. Payment by bank transfer is guaranteed to the consumer by the legislator and cannot be refused! For example, only invoices paid in non-cash can be deducted from taxes, as you surely know. Thank you for impressively proving your unscrupulous nature through this comment for everyone to see. I hope that no one else experiences what I have.
