The locksmith Lohberger helped me spontaneously and very kindly and first gave me an open can of graphite spray. When I couldn't get any further with that, an employee lent me a battery-powered angle grinder with which I could cut the lock. Everything was based on trust and free of charge. I had 2 copies made of a bent garage key. However, they could hardly be turned in the lock, so I went back and brought the cylinder with me. "It has lived its life" said the operators, and without further questioning, they gave me a new cylinder for free. Now I have a brand new lock and even one more key. It doesn't get much better than this, great service.
