Sorry, never again!! First, you search forever for an employee, find one (I think his name was Ralf (I heard) a newcomer from the East by his dialect) and then treated totally unfriendly!!! It was not his department, he couldn't help there.... but in such an arrogant manner without words!! I actually wanted to confront him about how he dared to speak so arrogantly to me, but as I found him, he was gone again!! Just left standing!!! Sorry, you shouldn't be treated like that as a customer!!!

I checked online to see if the store was open. The internet said a big green "open". When my husband went there, he was faced with a locked door with a sign that had completely different opening hours. If you change the times, you should at least adjust the information online AS WELL! Wasted gas and time. Thank you...

We have had keys or nameplates made there several times. We were always absolutely satisfied. Friendly, competent, and quick service every time. Last time I just wanted information about a lock and a key. I was given information so kindly and helpfully, and assistance was offered that I am still thrilled!!!! Such service is no longer a given these days!!! We are and have always been satisfied!
