I have been there several times to repair my watches and would like to express huge praise for two reasons: 1. Very competent and professional. I was told in other shops that the watch had to be sent in because it could only be repaired by the manufacturer, and I would have to wait several weeks. Here at the locksmith service in the Loop, it was done in 10 minutes for a quarter of the price. 2. Very authentic and friendly. Customer proximity and care are highly valued. I recommend him with a clear conscience.

Unfortunately, they enforce customer conditions, I bought a cylinder there and they sold me their own profile, now I can't go anywhere to have a key made. I was not told this either. Unfair treatment

The service is friendly and knowledgeable. I described my problem and received a solid solution. Additionally, the locksmith came by to help me; my key was stuck in the lock, and I couldn't get it out. They showed me how to get the key out and didn't charge a penny. If I have lock problems again, I would come here again.

Company Sitera was ultimately commissioned by the property management Sohrweide to repair the front door lock. A very competent (as it turned out later) employee from Sitera came the same day and replaced the latch. It works. The company Sohrweide took almost 4 months to commission this matter.
