Consultation and the making of replacement keys would have deserved a solid 5 stars. Unfortunately, today, as on a few occasions before, I stood in front of a closed door even though it should have been open, and there was no indication on the door whether and why it was closed, therefore unfortunately a deduction of 2 stars for service.
