Very good advice! Always friendly and not hectic. We needed a new lock for our patio door, and we received good advice. The lock fits perfectly, and the price (about €55 with 5 keys) is absolutely acceptable.

The service was top-notch. I was allowed to come by an hour after the call, and my key was copied at a low price within a short time. Great! :-) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the boss (an older gentleman) was unbeatable with his experience, humor, and friendliness. Keep it up!!!

The staff there are very friendly and explain the repair. The price for fixing the water damage on the key of my 1 Series BMW was very fair. It was also not a problem that I picked up the key only after about five weeks. Anytime again.

I recently went there because of the defective infrared remote control of my W124. At two established Mercedes dealers, I was told that the keys were "gone" and a new one would cost 180 euros with a delivery time of two weeks. This company managed to repair the original and spare key within an hour, and that for 40 euros! The keys worked immediately, and the alarm system is activated again. I am thrilled!
