Here you definitely encounter a very good specialist store including qualified specialist staff! 🙏 When purchasing a new door lock, the removal and installation were demonstrated to me on a sample. However, since the lock was misdrilled (fire department🙄), I needed a Tepel service employee on-site, which was made possible within 3/4 hour, top! The price for the new lock including travel, including on-site service for removal and installation was only double digits! Highly recommended! The door handle was replaced at our house. The job was complicated. It was solved by drilling a sight hole and installing a mobile phone camera before ordering the spare part. The actual repair was then carried out competently, kindly and quickly. The fair cost estimate was also met. Top!!!
