A small change (additional handle - I forgot to include it in the order) was quickly installed. Based on my previous experiences, Tretow will be my first choice in the future.

I would rather advise against hiring this company. It's a waste of time... After an employee measured my windows and said he would send a quote in the next 10 days, I heard nothing more from this company. Despite multiple calls and a personal visit to the company, where I was reassured that my order would be at the top of the list, nothing happened again. Ultimately, after weeks, I received an email, but it did not contain the quote; instead, in a single thin sentence, I was informed of the price for the material value of my order. I then decided on another provider. As a customer, I don't need to chase after a company!
