I got a 2nd quote for a locking system and patiently waited for weeks. Today I politely inquired, and then I got the response that he doesn't feel like it because he has already written a quote for me. Just for your information, I had already purchased a locking system and in the meantime moved, hence a 2nd inquiry. And it was the boss himself. Incomprehensible!!!!! Very sad!!!!

I can only report about one order and it was not quite satisfactory. Long delivery time and there were delivery problems of the company postponed. It may be true, but after the second call after two weeks the order could not be found and "professional" wanted to call back. Then I called the delivery 3x until it could be picked up after more than a month.
