Can only report on an order here and it did not go completely satisfactorily. Long delivery time and delivery difficulties of the company were cited. It may actually be true, but after the 2nd call after two weeks, the order could not be found and the "case worker" wanted to call back. I then called about the delivery 3 more times until it could finally be picked up after more than a month.

Today I politely inquired, and then I received the response that he doesn't feel like it because he has already written a quote for me.
