Not reachable by phone. In pandemic times and generally in rural areas, an absolute no-go. 👎

Order accepted and executed despite not perfectly functioning technology. With this justification, one tries to justify the extremely poor quality of the engraving. A shame about the provided glass. That was probably the last order... In any case, it was fair not to charge for the modest work performance... A shame after the previous good experiences!

Small cramped shop, very friendly but totally overpriced.

Extremely unreliable opening hours at the market center! Sometimes open until 5:00 PM, sometimes until 6:00 PM, or even not at all, like on Saturday. The website states opening hours until 7:00 PM, Saturdays until 6:00 PM. The store at the market center even states weekdays until 8:00 PM. It just makes no sense for someone who works normal hours to come by here; you hardly meet anyone. At least I had a "nice" bike ride from Babelsberg because I relied on yesterday's phone confirmation that someone would be on-site today until 6:00 PM. Well, not!

Top, I gladly recommend it. Here, the priority is still with the customer and not in the pocket. Best regards, Peschl
